This Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions applies to DOKI (“the App”), developed and maintained by the DOKI team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how the App handles user information and outlines user responsibilities when using the App.
This document applies to all use of the App on any supported device or platform. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
DOKI is designed to help users import, sign, and share documents directly on their device.
The App does not require user account creation and we do not collect names, passwords, or email addresses through the App itself.
Documents and signatures created, imported, scanned, drawn, saved, or edited in the App are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
We may collect limited anonymous usage data through Google Analytics for Firebase, such as:

We do not sell personal data.
DOKI allows you to import PDF documents, scan signatures, draw signatures, save signatures for reuse, place signatures on documents, and share signed files.
You are solely responsible for the documents, signatures, and other content you import, create, edit, sign, store, or share through the App.
You should review all documents carefully before signing or sharing them. We do not verify the accuracy, legality, validity, or enforceability of any document or signature.
DOKI uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and improve performance, stability, and user experience.
Google may collect and process anonymous device and usage information in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

DOKI does not verify the identity of users, the ownership of signatures, the authenticity of documents, or whether a user has legal authority to sign a document.
You are solely responsible for any use of the App involving documents, signatures, authorizations, approvals, representations, or submissions.
We are not responsible or liable for any fraud, forgery, impersonation, unauthorized signing, misrepresentation, or other unlawful or improper use of the App by any user.
This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

DOKI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every legal, business, or personal use case.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for reviewing documents, deciding whether and how to sign them, and ensuring their use of the App complies with applicable law.
