This Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions applies to Checker (“the App”), developed and maintained by the Checker team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how the App handles user information and outlines user responsibilities.

2. Scope

This document applies to all usage of the App on any supported device or platform. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

3. Data Collection

The App is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not store your texts or personal content on any server.

We do not require user accounts and do not collect names or email addresses.

The App collects limited anonymous usage data through Google Analytics for Firebase, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Country or region (approximate)
• Interaction events (e.g., feature usage, crashes)

This data cannot be used to directly identify you.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a consistent and reliable experience for all users, the App applies a fair usage limit on AI-powered requests.

Pro subscribers are entitled to up to 2,400 AI requests per month. This limit resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Free tier users are subject to a lower monthly limit as described within the App.

We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily restrict access if usage patterns suggest automated, bulk, or abusive activity that falls outside normal personal use, even within the stated limits.

5. Tracking, Analytics, and Cookies

Checker uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve performance and stability.

Google may collect and process anonymous device and usage information in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The App does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google Analytics for Firebase – app analytics and performance monitoring

These services operate under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

7. Content Policy and Safety

The App must be used in a lawful and responsible manner.

Prohibited usage includes:

• Creating or distributing violent or threatening content.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• Sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
• Distribution of malware or harmful code.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App if misuse is detected.

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
