This Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions applies to Miracle (“the App”), developed and maintained by the Miracle team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how the App handles user information and outlines user responsibilities.
This document applies to all usage of the App on supported devices and platforms. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Miracle is designed for entertainment purposes to help users listen to baby heartbeat recordings and manage related app content.
Miracle is not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any medical condition, and it does not provide medical advice or specific medical guidance.
We do not require account registration to use the core app flow.
App preferences and onboarding/subscription state may be stored locally on your device to support app functionality.
Purchases and subscription transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not directly process your payment card details.
Miracle may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, weekly and multi-month plans), depending on App Store availability.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store terms.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Miracle relies on Apple platform services required for in-app purchases and entitlement handling.
Miracle is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring.
The App is for informational and personal-use purposes only. If you have any concerns about your pregnancy or health, contact a qualified medical professional immediately.
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly and not attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
