This Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions applies to Easy.Edu (“the App”), developed and maintained by the Easy.Edu team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how the App handles user information and outlines user responsibilities.

2. Scope

This document covers all uses of the App on any supported device or platform. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

3. Data Collection

Easy.Edu collects limited personal information necessary for the operation of the App, including data used for authentication, user identification, and lesson or schedule management. This may include your name, profile information, and Apple account ID. The information is used solely to provide and improve App functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. Data is never disclosed except when required by law or necessary to maintain system security and integrity.

4. Data Storage and Security

All personal data is securely stored and protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We use industry-standard encryption and authentication methods. Users may delete their account and associated data upon request by contacting our support team.

5. Tracking, Analytics, and Cookies

The App does not use cookies or analytics tools for advertising or profiling. Any internal usage metrics are anonymous and used solely to improve performance and reliability.

6. Third-Party Services

Easy.Edu is built for educational collaboration and must remain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment. The creation, posting, or sharing of any content that violates these principles is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Violence, threats, or promotion of self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying of any individual or group.
• Discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or any personal characteristic.
• Sexual or suggestive material of any kind.
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content or activities.
• Substance abuse promotion (including drugs, alcohol, or tobacco).
• Spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising.
• Misleading impersonation of other users, teachers, or organizations.
• Sharing of private or confidential information without consent.
• Any other material deemed unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to the educational purpose of the App.

Users who violate these rules may be permanently banned from the App without prior notice or explanation. Such content will be removed immediately to preserve the integrity and safety of the Easy Edu community.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as laws, security standards, or App functionality evolve. Updates will be published with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance.
